Photo booth backdrops · 32 options in Lancaster, PA

The one choice that shows up in every photo

Your guests look at the camera for two seconds. The backdrop is behind them for the whole night, in every print they carry out, every message they send from the booth, and everything that gets posted the next morning. This is the entire collection rather than a curated handful, because it is easier to choose when you can see all of it.

What it costs

The backdrop is part of the booking, not a line item

Plenty of companies will show you a collection like this one and then charge you for the half of it you actually wanted. Here is how ours works, in full, before you scroll any further.

Every booth

White and Black

These two come with every booth we run, at no charge, on every package. They are not the leftovers. They are the two that work in the most rooms.

Most booths

The rest of this page

The Glam Booth, the AI Booth, and the Keychain Booth all include your pick of the full collection at no extra charge. There is no premium tier to buy and no per-backdrop fee.

One exception

The Classic Booth

The Classic Booth is built around White or Black. That is a real limit and we would rather you read it here than find it in the fine print, and it is part of why it is the most affordable booth we run.

Always included

Start with the two that come with everything

A lot of clients work through the whole collection and come back to one of these, which is worth knowing before you start. White throws light back onto your guests and keeps the frame clean. Black quietly deletes a busy room and makes everyone standing in front of it look sharper.

Seen enough to ask about your date?

The Green Screen backdrop
One that is not like the others

Or any background you can imagine

Green Screen is the one item in the collection that is not really a backdrop. It is a blank we replace, so your guests can stand in front of your venue, your city, your product, or a scene built for the night rather than a piece of fabric.

It asks for a little more setup and a conversation beforehand about what goes behind everyone, so it is worth raising early rather than on the day.

In the room

The same fabric, with people in front of it

Everything above is shown on the same stand against plain white, so they are easy to compare side by side. These are prints from real events, which is the fairer test.

Choosing one

You do not have to work through this page on your own

Everything is here because you asked to see it. Deciding is a different job, and it is ours.

One

Tell us the room

The wall color, the lighting, and the corner the booth is going in. A backdrop that looks superb in an empty warehouse can vanish into a ballroom.

Two

Tell us your colors

Whatever you have already settled on, from the florals to the linens to the logo. The backdrop should agree with those rather than argue with them.

Three

We send a short list

Usually three, with a reason for each one and what it will do to your photos. Not this page again with a note asking you to pick.

Four

It is up before the doors open

Your choice goes onto the booking and it is set up before your first guest walks in. Nothing for you to check while two hundred people are arriving.

Questions

What people ask about backdrops

Is there a charge for the fancier ones?

Not with the Glam Booth, the AI Booth, or the Keychain Booth. Your pick of the collection is already in the price of the booking. The Classic Booth is the exception, and it comes with White or Black.

How big are they?

Every one of them is 7.5 feet by 7.5 feet, so whichever you choose, the space it takes up does not change. Allow a little more than that in the room, because guests need to stand back from it. It is the detail most likely to catch a venue out, so send us a photo of the corner you have in mind, or the floor plan, and we will tell you whether it fits before you promise the spot to anyone.

What if we cannot decide?

Then tell us the colors and hand the rest over. Plenty of clients do exactly that, and it is a completely normal way to run this. You will still see what we picked before the day.

When do we have to choose?

Not when you book. It comes up in a short questionnaire in the weeks before your event, once you have walked the room and know what everything else looks like.

Tell us about your event

Tell us what the night is for and we will tell you what it takes, and which of these we would put behind your guests. We hold a limited number of events per date.
