Photo booth rental inquiries · Lancaster, PA

Tell us about your event

Send this and you will get real pricing for your actual date, not a brochure and not a range. We take a limited number of events per date, so the earlier we know about yours, the more likely we still have it.

Most of our events are in Lancaster County. We work across south central Pennsylvania and into Maryland, and we travel further when the room is worth the drive.

After you send it

What actually happens next

One automatic email to confirm we have it, then a real one from a person. No drip campaign and no sequence of reminders trying to wear you down. Four steps, and you can stop at any of them.

One

A confirmation, within five minutes

An automatic reply goes out as soon as your inquiry lands, so you know it arrived. If nothing has turned up in five minutes, look in your spam folder, and if it is not there either then we did not receive it. Send it again, or call us.

Two

Then a real number, from a person

Someone reads what you wrote, checks your date against what is already booked, and prices your actual event with what is included spelled out. If you are asking for more booth than your event needs, we will say so.

Three

You decide, in your own time

If it is a yes, everything after that happens online. If it is a no, that is a completely fine answer and you will not hear from us again about it.

Four

The details wait

Backdrop, print design, and start screen are all decided weeks before your date, not now. Booking does not mean homework tonight.

If you would rather talk

Thirty minutes with the owner, not a salesperson

Some things are quicker said than typed, especially if you are weighing two booths, working to a budget, or trying to explain a room. Book a discovery call and you are talking to Scott, who owns the company, prices the work himself, and trains everyone who runs a booth for us.

Before you write

The questions we get in the first email

How far ahead should we book?

Weddings are usually booked well ahead, and the most popular Saturdays go first. Corporate events and parties are often much shorter notice, and we can sometimes take a date a few weeks away. It costs nothing to ask about a date that feels too soon.

Do you have our date?

That is the fastest question for us to answer and the one worth asking first. Put the date in the form and you will know quickly, even if you are nowhere near ready to book.

We do not know which booth we want.

Most people do not, and that is what the first reply is for. Tell us what the night is and roughly how many guests, and we will tell you which one we would put in that room and why.

Do you travel to us?

Lancaster, York, Harrisburg, Hershey, and Gettysburg are routine, and Baltimore, Philadelphia, and Reading are all regular enough. Further out, ask. The answer is usually yes.
