Holiday party photo booth rental in Lancaster, York, Harrisburg, and Hershey

The thank-you your team takes home

The holiday party is the one night a year the whole company is in one room, partners included, dressed a little better than usual. We have been running booths at company holiday parties for years, so we know how the night goes: we bring a photo booth that looks like it belongs in the room, look after your guests all night, and send every one of them home with a print carrying your company’s name.

Why a booth at the holiday party

Six reasons it earns its place at the party

A holiday party has a job to do. It is how a company says thank you, and it is the one night people from different floors actually talk. After years of holiday parties, we can tell you a photo booth rental does more of that job than anything else you can put in the room.

Everyone in one frame

The departments finally meet

Accounting and the warehouse crew rarely share a table. The booth is where they end up in the same photo, and it is still pinned to somebody’s cubicle wall in June.

Plus-ones included

Something to do for the people who know three names

Spouses and partners spend most of the night being introduced. The booth gives them a reason to jump in with the team, so that they leave feeling like part of it.

A gift with your name on it

One print for every person in the frame

Six people in the photo means six prints, each carrying your logo and a holiday design built for your party. It goes onto the refrigerator door, not out with the centerpieces.

For the ones who do not dance

Everybody finds a way in

Not everyone dances, and not everyone drinks. Nearly everyone will stand in front of a camera with their favorite coworker and a sign that says “All I Want Is PTO.”

Content for the whole year

Real people, not stock photos

The private gallery afterward is yours: every photo from the night, of your actual team having a good time, ready for the careers page, the January newsletter, and next year’s recruiting posts.

Nothing for your team to run

The person who planned it gets to enjoy it

Our attendant sets up before your guests arrive, looks after everyone all night, and packs it all away afterward. Nobody on your staff spends the party watching a machine.

1st Choice Financial Services

One of our holiday parties, start to finish

Every holiday party we run is built around the company throwing it. Here is one of them: 1st Choice Financial Services brought us in for their holiday appreciation party. Guests tapped a start screen carrying the company’s gold logo and a “Merriest Holidays” greeting, stepped in front of our gold bokeh backdrop with a table of holiday signs, and walked off holding a 4×6 print in the same design.

Every piece of it was built for their party: the screen, the print, the pine branches in the corner, and the signs on the table. They have already put this year’s party on our calendar.

“I hired South Central Photo Booths for a company banquet. The owner, Scott, was great to work with. Communicative and professional. He went out of his way to make sure everything was exactly the way I requested it. His technology and equipment was top notch and he delivered a great product!”

The prop table

Signs that get the office joke

Every booth comes with our prop table of sequin hats, bedazzled sunglasses, and featherless boas, plus one holiday sign collection chosen for your party. Neither one is an upgrade.

Corporate Christmas is written for the office party: “Holiday Pay, Please,” “Mistletoe Manager,” and “Gift Exchange Guru.” Classy Christmas keeps it black, white, and gold for a dressier room, and Holiday Chic goes red and green.

Already know your party date?

Something to do, something to keep

The two your team has not seen before

These hand your guests a real experience at the booth and send them home with something they cannot get anywhere else. They still get the ordinary prints as well, so nobody trades one for the other.

The Keychain Booth

The holiday gift nobody regifts

Every guest goes home with their photo sealed inside a real keychain, printed and assembled on the spot at a second station beside the booth, with your logo on it. It is the company gift people are still carrying next December, which is more than anyone can say for the mugs.

The AI Booth

A vintage Christmas card, an ugly sweater, a snow globe

Guests are restyled into whatever holiday theme you pick, from a 1950s Christmas card to a winter watercolor to the whole team in matching ugly sweaters. It is the one people line up for a second time, and they keep their real photo too. Drag the slider to see what one employee retreat did with it.

The classics

Looking for a traditional photo booth? We have those too

No theme to choose and nothing to explain to anyone. Your guests step in, they laugh, and they walk out holding a print with your name on it.

The Glam Booth

The photo that becomes their profile picture

An editorial finish under proper studio lighting, in black and white, color, or both. Everyone is dressed up for the one night of the year, and this is the photo that proves it.

The Classic Booth

Everyone already knows what to do with it

A clean black or white backdrop and the 2×6 strip everybody pictures when they hear photo booth, designed around your party rather than dropped into a template. It is the most affordable booth we run.

Holiday dates

December Fridays and Saturdays go first

After this many holiday seasons, we know the pattern: most companies settle their party date in the fall, and the first three weekends of December fill first. We hold a limited number of events per date, so that every party gets a full crew and the booth we are known for.

If your party is on a weeknight, at lunch, or in January after the rush, that is often the easiest date to get, and it runs exactly the same way. Plenty of companies hold theirs in the office, and that works too.

Getting it approved

Whatever you have to forward, it is already written down

The person planning the holiday party is rarely the person who signs for it. So we give you something that survives being passed to HR and anyone else who signs off.

One proposal

Your goal, written down first

We open by writing the goal of your party back to you in your own words, and it arrives as a page you can forward as it is.

A real sample

The actual print, before you commit

You see the holiday design with your logo on it, laid out and ready, so nobody on the approval chain has to picture what a custom print means.

Insured

The certificate is ready before your venue asks

We carry liability insurance and issue a certificate naming your venue as additionally insured whenever one is wanted.

Logistics in writing

The page your venue will ask for

Footprint, load-in and teardown windows, and what we bring ourselves. We run on battery packs, so there is no extension cord across the ballroom or your office floor.

Before you write

What planners ask us first

Have you done many holiday parties?

Yes, for years: office parties in the break room, restaurant buyouts, and ballroom parties for the whole company, from Lancaster to Hershey. Tell us what yours looks like and we will tell you what has worked in a room like it.

How far ahead should we book a holiday party?

As soon as the party date is set. December Fridays and Saturdays are the first to go, while weeknight, lunch, and January parties usually have more room.

Can the print carry our logo?

Yes. Send us your logo and we design the print and the start screen around it with a holiday look, and you approve the design before the party. The design is part of the booking.

We are holding the party at our office. Does that work?

Yes. We need an eight foot square of level floor with eight feet above it, and the booth runs on battery packs, so there is no outlet to find. We arrive about two hours early, and setup is never billed against your hours.

How many hours do we need?

Send us your headcount and your run of show, and we will tell you what a room your size actually needs, including the times the honest answer is fewer hours than you were about to book.

Will our photos end up online?

Not unless you want them to. You receive a private gallery of everything from the party, and it is yours to share with your team. We never publish a full gallery of any event.

Do you come to York, Harrisburg, and Hershey?

Yes. Lancaster, York, Harrisburg, and Hershey are all home territory, with no travel fee.

What reserves the date?

A signed contract and a fifty percent retainer hold it. The remaining half is due a month before the party, and everything else people ask us is answered on our questions page.

Tell us about your holiday party

Send us the date, the venue, and your headcount, and we will tell you whether the date is open and what the booth would look like in the room. We will be in touch soon by email, text, or phone.
