The Keychain Booth · Photo keychain booth rental in Lancaster, PA
The favor they are still carrying years later
Your guests step into the booth, then walk five feet to a second station where their photo is sealed into a real keychain and handed over while they wait. It goes on their keys that night, and it is still there long after the flowers are gone and the cake is a memory.

Somebody is making them by hand all night
This is the part that separates it from a novelty. The Keychain Booth comes with two of our people rather than one. The first runs the booth exactly as they always would. The second stands at the keychain station and assembles every keychain to order, so nothing is left in a pile for guests to sort through.
It takes a couple of minutes each, and guests stand and watch it being made. That wait is not a queue, it is the part they tell people about, because almost nobody has seen their own photograph turned into an object in front of them.

“We were considering what kind of wedding favors we could give to our guests that would be meaningful and last a lifetime. What better way than to offer them printed, high quality photos right then and there that they could take home that same night!”

What else comes with it
It is our most complete booth, not a keychain machine
Nothing is taken away to pay for the keepsake. This package carries everything the other booths carry, and then adds the station on top.
Both print sizes
The 2×6 and the 4×6
Guests still take the strip or the full print, or one of each, designed around your event. The keychain is on top of a full booth rather than instead of one.
Any backdrop
Your pick of the collection
Not black or white and nothing else. The whole backdrop collection is included at this level, chosen with you for your room.
The glam finish
The same flattering look
The studio filter and the black and white and vintage options are all here, so nobody has to choose between looking good and getting a keychain.
Afterward
The gallery, with face detection
Every photo in a private gallery your guests can search for themselves, plus text, email, and QR sharing on the night.
The keychain itself
A real object, not a sticker on a card
Leather fob, brass ring, and the photo sealed under a clear disc. It has weight in the hand, which is the whole reason it survives the drive home instead of going in a bin with the table confetti. A hundred come with the booking and more can be added in blocks of twenty five.

Before you book
The things people ask us every time
How many keychains do we get?
A hundred come with the booking, and more can be added in blocks of twenty five. Tell us your headcount and we will tell you honestly whether a hundred covers it, because running out at half past nine is the one thing that spoils this.
Do the keychains work as wedding favors?
Yes. Every guest leaves with their own photo keychain, made on the night, which is why the Keychain Booth works as the wedding favor as well as the entertainment. It is the favor people are still carrying years later, instead of the one left on the table.
Does every guest have to take one?
No. Some guests want the keychain, some just want the print, and plenty take both. The photo booth runs normally the whole time and the keychain station sits alongside it.
How long does one take to make?
A couple of minutes from the photo being taken to the keychain being handed over, assembled by hand while they wait. Guests tend to stand and watch it happen, which is half of why it works.
Do you need extra space for it?
A little. The booth needs its usual eight feet square, and the keychain station needs a table nearby, ideally within sight of the booth so guests can see where their keychain is coming from.
Can the keychain be branded to our event?
The photo inside is laid out to your design, the same as your prints. Tell us what the night is and we will build it around that.
Is it worth it over a regular booth?
It depends on what you want people leaving with. If a print on the way out is enough, a simpler booth will serve you better and cost less. If you want a favor that survives the drive home, this is the one that does.
Tell us about your event
Tell us what the night is for and your headcount, and we will tell you what it takes, including whether a hundred keychains is enough. We hold a limited number of events per date.
