What comes with every booth?
Each booking comes with an attendant who works the whole event, a print for everyone in the photo, a backdrop, a print designed for the occasion, instant sharing by text, email, or QR code, and a private online gallery when it is over. Setup happens ahead of your guests, and those hours are ours, not yours.
Is there a travel fee to Gettysburg?
No. There is no travel fee to Gettysburg.
Can you set up in an older or historic building?
Yes. The booth runs on battery packs, so there is no hunting for an outlet in an older building, and we send your venue our footprint and load-in details ahead of time so that setup works within the building’s rules.
Can you send our venue a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We carry liability insurance, and when your venue wants to be named as additionally insured, we write the certificate and deal with the venue directly, so that it is one less thing in your inbox.
How much room does the booth need?
A level eight foot square, with eight feet of room above it. The booth carries its own battery power, so nothing has to be run across the floor, and we arrive about two hours before the booth opens.
What reserves our date?
Signing the contract and paying the fifty percent retainer holds the date. The balance follows one month before the event, and the longer list of answers lives on our questions page.
