Photo booths for Harrisburg celebrations

We bring photo booths to grand openings, brand events, company parties, and weddings across the Harrisburg area, with a design made for your event and an attendant looking after your guests the whole time. WellSpan Health, Chick-fil-A Lower Allen, and The JDK Group have trusted us with their crowds, and so have couples across Cumberland County.

What we do in Harrisburg

Grand openings, brand events, and weddings

Every photo here came out of the booth at a real event, with a design made for that day and an attendant looking after guests from the first photo to the last.

WellSpan Health

Photo booths for grand openings

When WellSpan Health opened WellSpan Carlisle Hospital, the Classic Booth was part of the grand opening celebration, with the hospital’s name on every print. A grand opening brings staff, neighbors, and families through the door at the same time, so the booth has to be easy for a first-timer and quick enough that the line keeps moving, and everyone in the frame leaves with a print that carries your name.

Chick-fil-A Lower Allen

Photo booths for brand activations

For Cow Appreciation Day at Chick-fil-A Lower Allen in Camp Hill, families showed up in cow spots, and the restaurant’s branding framed every photo. A brand activation is only as good as how widely the photos get shared, so every guest sends their photo straight to their phone, branded and ready to share before they reach the car.

Five wedding guests drawn as caricatures by the AI Booth on Olivia and Ryan’s print

Olivia and Ryan

AI photo booths for weddings

At Olivia and Ryan’s wedding at Skiles Rolling Acres Estate in Newville, the AI Booth turned their guests into watercolor portraits, pencil sketches, and caricatures, each one carrying the couple’s name. Guests pick a style, or none at all, and keep the real photograph either way, so that the grandparents who want a classic portrait and the friends who want a caricature both get what they came for.

“South Central Photobooth was a phenomenal addition to our community event. The staff were lively, the set up was easy, and they truly went the extra mile in making our event even more successful! Plus, the ability to pick a background and have our logo on the photos was awesome!”

More of what we do

Weddings, company events, and school nights

Weddings

Everyone in the frame gets a print

Kolby and Cierra had the Classic Booth at Duke’s Riverside Bar and Grille in Wormleysburg, and King Mansion in Harrisburg is already on our calendar. Your guests send the digital copy to their phones before they sit back down, and the Keychain Booth turns those photos into the wedding favor nobody leaves on the table.

Weddings

Company events

Portraits worth talking about

For The JDK Group’s Imaginarium at The Lodge at Liberty Forge in Mechanicsburg, the AI Booth turned guests into eighteenth-century portraits in gilded rooms and palace gardens, and a couple who saw them booked the same look for their own wedding.

Corporate events

Schools and community groups

Patient with every age

Proms, school dances, walks, and fundraisers get a design in your school colors or with your logo, and an attendant with plenty of patience for a line of excited kids.

Parties and events

Four booths

Choose the booth that fits your night

For a black tie wedding or gala, The Portrait Studio brings a photographer and a 5×7 print in an 8×10 mat for each guest or group. The four booths below all include an attendant, a print for every person in the photo, a backdrop, and a print designed for your event.

What Harrisburg couples and planners ask first

What comes with every booth?

You get an attendant for the whole event, a print for every person in the frame, a backdrop, a print design built for your event, instant sharing by text, email, or QR code, and a private online gallery once the night is over. Setup is finished before the first guest walks in, and it never eats into the hours you booked.

Is there a travel fee to Harrisburg?

No. There is no travel fee to Harrisburg.

Can you set up somewhere that is not an event venue?

Yes. We have set up for a grand opening at WellSpan Carlisle Hospital and for Cow Appreciation Day at Chick-fil-A Lower Allen. The booth runs on battery packs, so there is no outlet to find, and we send your team our footprint and load-in details ahead of time so that setup fits around your day.

Can you send our venue a certificate of insurance?

Yes. We are covered by liability insurance, and any venue that needs to be named as additionally insured gets its certificate from us directly, without you having to chase it.

How much room does the booth need?

Eight feet square and eight feet tall, on ground that sits level. Power comes from our own battery packs, so there is no cable running across a walkway, and we show up about two hours before the booth opens.

What reserves our date?

Your date is held once the contract is signed and the fifty percent retainer is paid. The balance is due a month before the event, and anything else you are wondering about is on our questions page.

Tell us about your Harrisburg event

Send us the date and the venue, and we will tell you which booth fits the room and how we would make it yours.
