What Hershey couples and planners ask first
What comes with every booth?
An attendant stays with the booth all night, everyone in the frame gets a print, so that nobody leaves empty handed, and the booking covers a backdrop, a print designed for your event, instant sharing by text, email, or QR code, and a private online gallery afterward. We are set up and tested before guests arrive, on our own time rather than yours.
Is there a travel fee to Hershey?
No. There is no travel fee to Hershey.
Can you work a hotel ballroom or a resort?
Yes. We send the hotel our footprint, our load-in and teardown windows, and what we bring ourselves, and the booth runs on battery packs, so there is no power order to place. Tell us the ballroom and the loading dock, and we will work to them.
Can you send our venue a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We hold liability insurance, and the certificate naming your venue as additionally insured goes straight to the hotel or venue as soon as it is asked for.
How much room does the booth need?
Eight feet in each direction, including the height, on a level surface. Everything runs off battery packs, so no cord ends up underfoot, and setup starts roughly two hours before guests use the booth.
What reserves our date?
A signed contract plus a fifty percent retainer. The rest is due one month ahead of the event, and the questions people ask before booking are all on our questions page.
