Photo booth rental in York, PA
The photo booth York County has been booking for years
Weddings at Lauxmont Farms, the 100th anniversary of The Yorktowne Hotel, a 1920s gala at the Appell Center for the Performing Arts, and every Dallastown Area Middle School dance. We are based in York, so there is no travel fee.

Nothing changes when we cross the river
The booths and the person looking after your guests are exactly what you would get in Lancaster. York is squarely in the middle of where we work, so there is no travel fee.
We typically arrive around two hours before the booth opens, so everything is set up and tested before your first guest sees it, and that time never counts against your hours. The booths run off battery packs, so there is no cord across the floor, and your venue gets a certificate of insurance naming them whenever they ask.

From the barn to the ballroom
Lauxmont Farms, Historic Shady Lane, and The Yorktowne Hotel. The booth is set up and tested before cocktail hour ends, everyone in the frame gets a print, and your guests send the digital copy to their phones before they sit back down. Seen enough to ask about your date?
Before you write
What York couples and planners ask first
Is there a travel fee to York?
No. York is one of the places we never charge travel for, along with Lancaster, Harrisburg, Hershey, Gettysburg, and Baltimore.
Have you worked at our venue?
If it is on this page, yes, and we already know where the booth fits. If it is not, send us the venue and a photo of the corner you have in mind, and we will tell you before you promise the spot to anyone.
How much room does the booth need?
An eight foot square of level floor, with eight feet of height above it. Battery packs run the booth, so no cord crosses the floor, and our attendant is in the room about two hours before the first photo.
Can you send our venue a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We carry liability insurance, and when a venue asks to be named as additionally insured, we issue the certificate and send it over ourselves, so that it never lands on your list.
Can we have more than one booth?
Yes, and for a big gala or a prom it is often a better answer than adding hours. Tell us the guest count and the room, and we will say whether one booth is enough.
What reserves our date?
A signed contract and a fifty percent retainer hold it. The remaining half is due a month before the event, and everything else people ask us is answered on our questions page.
Tell us about your York event
Send us the date and the venue, and we will tell you which booth fits the room and how we would make it yours.
