Quinceañera photo booth rental in Lancaster, PA

The whole court in one frame, and a print with her name on it

A quinceañera is a year of planning for one night, and the booth has to hold up its end: fourteen in the court, the padrinos, the grandparents who flew in, and a print that matches the dress. We have run booths at quinceañeras across Lancaster, York, and Harrisburg for years. This page is how we do it.

On the photos

You will not find her guests on this page, and that is on purpose

We have a long history with quinceañeras. What we do not have is a gallery of them here. Most of the guests at a quinceañera are under eighteen, and we do not post photographs of children, on this site or anywhere else, out of respect for the families who trusted us with their night.

The photographs on this page are stock and concept images that show the booth and what it makes. If you want to know how a quinceañera actually runs with us, ask, and we will walk you through the ones we have done.

What the night asks of a booth

Four things her quince needs that a birthday party does not

Room for the court

Fourteen people in matching dresses and suits want one photograph together, and an enclosed booth cannot give it to them. Ours is open-air, and the frame takes the whole corte de honor in two rows, with nobody kneeling in front.

A print that matches the dress

Her name, her colors, and the theme of the invitation, in Spanish, English, or both. Mis Quince Años across the top or her name alone, laid out by a designer rather than dropped into a template. The design is part of the booking.

The grandparents in the picture

The grandmother who does not like having her photo taken goes in when the grandchildren pull her. Her parents get a photograph with their daughter in the dress that is not the formal one from the church steps. Those are the prints that end up framed.

A recuerdo worth keeping

Every guest takes a print home every time they go in. With the Keychain Booth, the recuerdo is a real keychain with their photo sealed inside, made in front of them while they wait, and it outlasts anything on the favor table.

Concept image: the booth as it stands in a room dressed for a quinceañera, before the guests arrive, in front of our Champagne Veil backdrop. The room is illustrative. The booth, the backdrop, and the way it is set up are ours.
In the room

Set up before anyone arrives, and open when the floor opens

We need an eight foot square of level floor with eight feet above it, near the dance floor or on the way in from the entrance, so that the booth is where people already walk. It runs on battery packs, so no cord crosses the floor, and our attendant is in the room about two hours before the first photo.

The entrance, the waltz, and the toast belong to her. We suggest booking the hours for the dancing that follows, so that nothing at the booth pulls anyone away from the part of the night she rehearsed.

Something to do, something to keep

The two your guests have not seen before

These hand people a real experience at the booth and send them home with something they cannot get anywhere else. They still get the ordinary prints as well, so nobody trades one for the other.

The Keychain Booth

The favor they are still carrying years later

Starting at $1,995

Every guest walks five feet to a second station where their photo is sealed into a real keychain and handed over while they watch. The court gets theirs with the whole group in it, the grandparents get theirs with her, and the favor table stays untouched.

The AI Booth

They walk out as someone else entirely

Starting at $1,495

Guests are restyled around whatever she picks: a princess court, a watercolor, a caricature, or a theme built for her night alone. It is the one booth the court lines up for a second time, and every guest keeps the real photograph as well.

The classics

Looking for a traditional photo booth? We have those too

Not every night needs the newest thing. These two do what a photo booth has always done, and they do it properly.

The Glam Booth

The one people ask about afterward

Starting at $1,195

Black and white, color, or both, lit the way a magazine cover is lit. The dress photographs the way it deserves to, and so does everyone who came dressed up for it.

The Classic Booth

The strip everybody knows

Starting at $995

A clean black or white backdrop and the 2×6 strip. Guests jump in quickly, pose with whoever is nearby, and walk off with a print. It is the most affordable booth we run and the one everybody already understands.

All four booths take the same designed prints and the same backdrop collection, so the look of her night does not depend on which one you pick. Every price is on the pricing page.

The print

Designed for her, not pulled from a template

Two of the designs a quinceañera print can start from. Yours takes her name, her colors, and the wording from the invitation. The people in the windows are models, not guests.

What is included before you add anything

A print for everyone

Everyone in the photo takes one home, every time they go in, and sends themselves the digital copy at the booth by text, email, or QR code.

An attendant for the whole night

Not a drop-off. Somebody stays, runs it, keeps the line fair, and packs it down afterward, and their setup time is not billed to you.

A private gallery afterward

Every photo from the night, in one place, shared with the families you choose. Face detection means a guest finds every photo of themselves in seconds. Downloads are free and there is no watermark.

A design built for the night

Your backdrop from the full collection, a print designed around the occasion, and a start screen with the guest of honor’s name on it. None of that is an upgrade.

Planning her quince and want to know if the date is open?

Before you write

What families ask us first

Will photos of her guests end up online?

No. We do not post photographs of children, and a quinceañera is a room full of them. You receive a private gallery of everything from the night, and it is yours to share with the families who were there. We never publish a full gallery of any event, and we will not use a photo from hers to advertise.

Can the print be in Spanish?

Yes. Spanish, English, or both on the same print. Mis Quince Años, Mis XV, her name alone, or the wording from the invitation, set in her colors, is part of the booking and not an upgrade. Send us the invitation and we match it.

Does the whole court fit in one photo?

Yes. The booth is open-air, so there is no box to squeeze into. A court of fourteen stands in two rows in front of the backdrop, and the print comes out with everyone in it. Groups of six to eight fit in one row.

When should the booth open?

After the formal part of the evening. The entrance, the waltz, and the toast belong to her, and the booth should not pull anyone away from them. Book the hours for the dancing, and we will be set up and waiting when the floor opens.

What comes with every booth?

An attendant who stays with your guests all night, a print for everyone in the frame, a backdrop, a print designed for her, sharing by text, email, and QR code, and a private online gallery afterward. Setup happens before guests arrive and never counts against your hours.

What reserves the date?

A signed contract and a fifty percent retainer hold it. The remaining half is due a month before the event, and everything else people ask us is answered on our questions page.

Tell us about her quince

Send us the date, the venue, and her colors, and we will tell you whether the date is open and what the booth would look like in the room. We hold a limited number of events per date, and the good Saturdays go first.
