For weddings at The Inn at Leola Village

The Inn at Leola Village's preferred photo booth company

We are the preferred photo booth vendor at The Inn at Leola Village, run by a wedding photographer with nearly 600 weddings behind the camera. We work the Inn's weddings and its couples' tastings, which means the venue already knows us and we already know the room.

Including exactly where your booth belongs, which we settled a long time ago. That answer is waiting near the bottom of this page.

The album is on us

Every couple who books us for their wedding at The Inn at Leola Village gets our guest signing album free. It is the thing couples tell us afterward they are gladdest they had.

$200 value, free

The guest signing album

Guests slip their favorite print into the album and write a note beside it. You leave with every face and every message in one keepsake, instead of a basket of loose strips on a table.

Pick the cover and page colors that match your wedding. We bring it, we style the signing station beside the booth, and we hand it to you at the end of the night.

Not every booth company works this way

What makes us different

These are not upgrades or fine print. Every South Central booking includes all three.

The person

An on-site attendant, every single time

We never drop off equipment and drive away. Your attendant arrives up to two hours early, sets everything up, keeps the booth humming and your guests engaged all night, then packs out while you dance.

You never think about the booth once. That is the point.

We arrive, set up, run the booth, and pack out

The time

Three hours of open booth time, built in

Every package includes three full hours of open booth time, and setup and teardown never count against your clock.

Formalities and dinner usually take the first hour of a reception, so three hours covers the dance floor from the moment it opens to the last song.

Setup and teardown are always free

The photos

Glam filter galleries, live for a full year

Our glam filter gives photos the celebrity treatment. Afterward, your private online gallery uses AI face detection, so guests find every photo of themselves in seconds.

Download the whole gallery, single captures, or just your favorites, any time for a full year.

Extend it for a second year as your anniversary nears

Also included with every booking: unlimited sessions, a print for everyone in the photo (four people in a photo means four prints if they each want one), your choice of 30 premium backdrops, custom print designs, and a live public gallery your guests can browse during the reception itself.

The two experiences we bring to the Inn

Both include the attendant, the three hours, the prints, and the galleries. The difference is what your guests get to do once they step in.

Most companies make you pick a size when you book. We hand your guests whichever one they want, all night long.

The thing we mentioned at the top

We already know where your booth goes

Most couples spend part of a planning call working out where a photo booth could even live at their venue. At The Inn at Leola Village that conversation is already finished. The booth belongs in the corner to the right of the bar, in the cocktail hour space.

It is the corner guests drift to on their own. It keeps the line out of the walkway, it does not fight the dance floor, and it photographs well without us importing extra light. We have built in that corner enough times that we no longer measure it or hunt for the power.

Book a company that has never worked this building and this is the kind of thing that gets solved at 4:45 pm on your wedding day, usually by moving a table somebody did not want moved. Book us, and it was settled the day you signed.
